My name is Fem and as a trauma-informed somatic coach, I support you in listening to the wisdom of your body, cultivating nourishing lifestyle rhythms, exploring your relationship with food and your own body, and working with subtle energy to restore balance. This space is created for women longing to reconnect with themselves in a deeper, gentler way. Here, your whole self is welcome; your emotions, feelings, stories, fears and dreams. Together, we move at a pace that feels safe and grounded, using somatic practices that invite more ease, resilience, and presence into your everyday life. Take a breath, settle in, and know that you have arrived somewhere you can soften, explore, and grow.
During a one on one session I create a safe space for you where I guide you through differnt layers. We begin by chicking in and honering what's present in your body. From here, we move at your pace, exploring what helps you to connect more deply with your inner experience. You can think of exercises like meditation practices, breathwork, energy work and body focuesed visualisatons.
