1:1 Sessions

A 1-on-1 somatic coaching session is a gently guided space where you can arrive exactly as you are. We begin by checking in—honoring what’s present in your body, emotions, and mind. From there, we move at your pace, exploring somatic awareness practices, grounding exercises, breathwork, or mindful movement that help you connect more deeply with your inner experience. Depending on your needs, we may also weave in energy work, lifestyle reflections, or nourishment and food-related support, always with curiosity and without judgment. You’re invited to notice sensations, patterns, and places of ease or tension, allowing your body to speak and be heard in a way that feels safe and compassionate. Throughout the session, you’re held in a supportive, trauma-informed environment—one where you can slow down, reconnect, and discover new paths toward balance and resilience. Each session is a co-created experience designed to meet you where you are and help you move toward where you want to be, gently and with care.

Collab

I warmly welcome collaboration with women who practice their own unique paths in healing, embodiment, and transformation. Whether you are a breathwork facilitator, somatic coach, energetic healer, yoga instructor, or a spaceholder for women’s circles, ceremonies, retreats, or other nurturing practices, I’m truly excited about the possibility of joining our gifts and creating meaningful offerings together. My work is rooted in trauma awareness, embodiment, somatic experiences and orthomolecular medicine and I feel especially inspired by collaborations that uplift, support, and empower women in all stages of their journeys. I believe that when we weave our wisdom, strengths, and lived experiences, we create spaces that are deeply holistic, restorative, and profoundly connective.
